With Christmas behind us now, the New Year is fast approaching! The really wonderful thing about the New Year coming is that the old year is going away and the promise of the New Year is right around the corner!  2022 for you might have seemed like the year from hell, with multiple setbacks, unusual disappointments, job problems, business problems, health problems, money problems, and you name it just problems, problems, problems. The struggles and problems of 2022 does not have to follow you into your  2023.

We encourage you to take some time and think about what you felt were the most trying circumstances in your 2022 and instead of cursing those circumstances, ask God to help you chart courses that will set you up for success in those areas in 2023 instead of failure. Ask God to give you clear solutions that will work to defeat the challenges that tried to take you down and take you out in 2022 so that you will begin to rebuild your life and get on the right pathway for His higher purposes and higher plans for your life.

God knows exactly where you hurt, He knows exactly what you have need of, He understands that 2022 may not have been what you wanted it to be and He understands the challenges that simply living life brings, so God wants to inspire you to look forward to the freshness that 2023 will bring, God wants you to hold on to your hope for something better in 2023, and God wants to give you the gift of a new beginning in 2023.  Isaiah 43:19 states “Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness; I will make rivers in the desert. God wants to take what has gone wrong in your 2022 and totally turn it around for your good and His glory in 2023.

He will take what the devil meant to harm you and totally transform it into something new and wonderful! God does not want you to continue to be kept in hostage situations that hold you down and he does not want you in trying circumstances that oppress you that keep you from His highest and His best for your life. So God has sent you help, He has sent Jesus Christ. God has sent Jesus Christ into the world to set us the captives free, to take the shackles off our feet, and to remove the blinders from our eyes – Isaiah 61:1.  To receive Jesus’s help you do have to invite Him into whatever is troubling you so that He can totally transform it and turn it around for your good and God’s glory!

We encourage you to let the New Year bring about a new you. Let 2023 be the year that you allow God to totally transform you into who He created you to be. Dare to reach for the significant greatness that God has created you for! Dare to believe that something more than what you are currently experiencing is possible for you with God’s help!  Take God at His word, and believe His word when He says, “He will cause all things to work together for your good”-Romans 8:28.  To get what you’ve never had, sometimes you’ve got to do what you’ve never done and sometimes go where you’ve never gone before, don’t be afraid to follow God even though your pathway might seem dark and unclear.

If you trust God, let it be enough that He knows exactly where He is leading you to and He sees the entire way,  He will get you there safely!  Just stay plugged in to God, submit your way to Him and He will direct your paths in 2023 so that it will be the very best year you have ever had!  – Proverbs 3:6
